McDonald's in Louisiana

"My only complaint is the creamer and sugar for coffee weren’t out. I had to reach behind the counter to help myself. But they were busy. The lady at the cash register was so sweet. Very professional."

"This is the best McDonald's in Shreveport/Bossier area the food is always hot and fresh. And the Coke is always good and never flat. And never tastes like dirt!!! (Mildew) and they are quick with getting your order to you. You hardly ever have to wait ."

"Very cool Indoor playground and to watch my daughter chase the sweet girl around was too adorable! The playset is super tall ,great for hide and go seek! Very friendly workers as well! "Everytime I order 4 or more items, there is always something missing. Last night I was missing a cheeseburger. The staff is always friendly but I think they get overwhelmed and forget items during busy times. Food is always fine and love the play area! The whole place is very well maintained and they clean very well."

"Personally, I don't really have a lot of problems with incorrect food orders, but sometimes it is cold. Service wise, for the majority of people are sweet and nice but there are a couple of times I have had a person that was rude, or you could tell they just really didn't want to be at work. Atmosphere wise for the most part I don't see trash everywhere all the time and also normally all the workers can work good together but again there has been instances where there was trash places and also people would be actually verbally fighting across the store."
